IDSPIRATION STUDIO · WORK · YOGA STUDIO
Celebrate members, not offers.
A weekend prototype that spots member milestones in data a yoga studio already had, so loyalty gets noticed instead of missed.

A self-initiated prototype. No commercial results are claimed.
01 · THE PROBLEM
A milestone nobody marked.
After about 1,000 classes in three years, Steven noticed his studio’s booking app was counting. At class 996, he expected something to happen at 1,000. Nothing did.

The studio cares deeply about its community. It simply didn’t know its most loyal members were reaching milestones few people ever do. And the booking platform already had a milestone messaging feature that hadn’t been turned on.
02 · WHAT WAS BUILT
A simple daily check.
A small script connects to the booking platform, checks attendance each day, and flags members who reach a meaningful moment, so the studio can reach out personally. For example:
- A big milestone, such as a 500th class: celebrate it.
- A drop-in visitor’s fifth class: a good moment to suggest a membership.
- A member back after a month away: welcome them back.
It runs automatically, costs nothing to operate, and took a weekend to build.
03 · WHAT IT MEANS FOR YOU
Three lessons for any business.
- Your loyalty data is already there. Most booking, point-of-sale and CRM tools already count what matters.
- Check the features you already pay for. The tools to act are often built in and switched off.
- Someone has to connect the pieces. The technology is the easy part. Noticing is the work.
A self-initiated prototype by Steven Klimek. The studio is not named.
