STUDIO

IDSPIRATION STUDIO · CUSTOMERS WHO FEEL SEEN

Growth,
made human.

We help businesses understand what makes customers choose them, buy from them and keep coming back.

Tools only help when people actually use them. So we also help teams make AI and digital tools part of everyday work, so they can stay focused on their customers.

People
customers and teams.

01 / ATTRACT02 / CONVERT03 / RETAIN

Better experiences.
Stronger relationships.
OUR STARTING POINT

Business problems have a human side.
That’s where the useful work begins.

01 / WHERE WE HELP

One customer journey.
And the team behind it.

Start with the friction that matters most. Build a connected experience around it.

FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS

01 / ATTRACT

The right people can’t find you.

Clarify your positioning, shape useful content and build journeys from discovery to genuine interest.

Positioning · Search & content · Campaign journeys

02 / CONVERT

They visit, but don’t choose you.

Find where customers hesitate. Improve messaging, landing pages and purchase flows through research and testing.

Journey audits · Website & landing pages · Experimentation

03 / RETAIN

They buy once, then drift away.

Celebrate the moments that matter to your customers, such as firsts, milestones and anniversaries, so they feel recognized, not marketed to. Loyalty follows when it’s about them, not you.

Milestone moments · Lifecycle journeys · Reactivation

FOR YOUR TEAM

04 / ADOPT

You bought the tools. Habits haven’t changed.

Understand hesitation, involve people in the design and turn AI and digital tools into routines teams sustain, including practical automation that gives people their time back.

Adoption discovery · Team workshops · Workflow prototypes · Pilot design

02 / WHY AN OUTSIDE PARTNER

Change, without adding headcount.

Many organizations already know what needs to change. What they lack is the time, the people or the distance to make it happen.

No new headcount

A project budget, not another permanent role.

Start in weeks

Not after a months-long hiring process.

A clear finish line

Defined scope and goals, then a handover your team can own.

An outside view

Room to ask the questions insiders can’t.

03 / EXPERIENCE IN PRACTICE

Real work.
Useful lessons.

Selected work from Steven Klimek’s prior roles and independent projects.

JAPAN / CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Connecting the journey.
From LINE to checkout.

A global FMCG business had a fragmented experience across messaging and web. The initiative connected personalization, checkout, support and loyalty around a shared customer journey.

Steven’s role: Digital Activator, leading end-to-end experience design alongside cross-functional teams. Employer name withheld.

BOOKING.COM / PARTNER LIFECYCLE

From more messages
to more meaningful progress.

A growing, diverse partner base needed more relevant support. The program reframed onboarding and communication around partner needs, lifecycle stage and business milestones.

Steven’s role: strategic experience design, research collaboration and workshops, working with research, content and product teams.

INDEPENDENT EXPLORATION / AI & ADOPTION

Making AI tangible.
And personal.

For a local yoga studio, we prototyped a simple script that spots member milestones, like a 100th class, so the studio can celebrate them personally. We also designed a hands-on workshop that lets teams act as an AI search system, and a prototype that filters property listings for human review.

Self-initiated prototypes and proposals.

04 / THE LAST MILE

The technology
is only part
of the change.

Most change stalls in the last mile: the moment people decide whether to use something new.

That’s where we focus, for customers and for teams. It starts with understanding what people need and what gets in their way.

  1. Understand the real friction.Listen to customers and teams. Establish a useful baseline.
  2. Build something small and useful.Co-design a focused pilot around a real task.
  3. Make it work in everyday life.Support adoption, measure outcomes and refine together.

THE PERSON BEHIND THE PRACTICE

Led by Steven Klimek.

Twenty years leading digital marketing and customer experience for brands like Booking.com, Emirates and Singapore Airlines, across five countries. The thread connecting that work is understanding people: what makes something useful, what gets in the way, and what helps change take hold.

Based in Tokyo, working with trusted specialists when a project needs them. Not Steven’s first studio, either: in 2011 he turned down an early role at Airbnb to start his own consultancy.

WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER

Start with a focused project.
Or work on the bigger picture.

Find the opportunity

A focused diagnostic to understand where a customer journey or workflow gets stuck, and prioritize what to improve.

Make it happen

A defined project: a better landing page, onboarding journey, retention flow or team adoption program.

Connect the pieces

An ongoing partnership across customer experience, growth and team adoption.

No mandatory diagnostic if you already have a clear brief. We’ll agree the scope and fee before work begins.
